I don't have a 18 handicap anymore... and I hit the ball 15 yards farther. The staff were fantastic and I loved the casual and welcoming attitude that was there.

With prescribed drills and exercises, the students rise to a higher level of play.
There are ample things to learn in golf. One doesn’t have to worry about remembering the details however because Rob offers a comprehensive training booklet which is clear and concise.
Repetition is the mother of all skill and I believe there is nothing one cannot achieve when we put our mind to it! Over the last decade I have been conferred 4 university degrees from Thompson Rivers University and keep challenging myself to do more and be more – personal growth is true fulfillment. This has also been my philosophy when it comes to the game of golf. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Johnny and I was born and raised in the beautiful Okanagan Valley which is known for its dry climate and vast abundance of championship golf courses. I started playing golf at the age of 8 and soon after became an accomplished junior golfer in the British Columbia Golf Zone 2 of the Okanagan and Thompson-Nicola area. Throughout the years I have been involved in all levels of golf operations and have developed a true passion for the sport. It has all led to this moment in which I can bring all my experiences together to best serve my community and students.
I became a CPGA golf instructor because I realized that although golf is a very self-disciplined sport – it can also bring everyone together. What drives me is when I am able to take existing golfers and enhance their connection to the game; and at the same time taking someone who has never golfed before to become just as passionate about the sport. Although many say that knowledge is power; I would take it one step further and say – knowledge with action is power. I try to make my sessions interactive and engaging so my students feel at ease – enabling them to be their best whilst having fun!
Golf is a game for all ages and taking the first step is key. If you are reading this and are curious about either starting or taking it to the next level – I would love the opportunity to serve you and support you through this journey!
